Vigilance Week: East Coast Railway Hosts Stakeholders Meet to Enhance Transparency and Service Delivery

In a significant initiative to strengthen relationships with its stakeholders, East Coast Railway (ECoR) conducted an interactive session during Vigilance Week. The meeting aimed to address concerns and gather suggestions from Contractors, Suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance customer relations and promote transparency.
The session, held under the leadership of Shri B. K. Mishra, Senior Deputy General Manager and Chief Vigilance Officer of ECoR, emphasized the importance of transparency in all dealings with stakeholders. Participants discussed strategies for addressing complaints effectively and ensuring fair practices in the procurement of goods and services, as well as in contract negotiations.
“Transparency is crucial for building trust and fostering collaboration between the Railway and its stakeholders,” said Shri B. K. Mishra. “This meeting serves as a platform for open dialogue, allowing us to better understand the needs of our partners and improve service delivery.”
The event witnessed active participation from a diverse group of stakeholders, including representatives from various industries such as Steel Plants, Ports, and Banking, as well as Contractors and Suppliers. Attendees shared valuable insights and suggestions aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency of the Railway and promoting mutual growth.
