Mootv Odishs : New Delhi : The accused has opened his mouth after accusing AAP MP Swati Maliwal of assault in the name of Arvind Kejriwal’s associate Bibhav Kumar. Countering the assault case, he said that the Aam Aadmi Party MP was trying to put “immense pressure” on him. He claimed that this happened when the former Delhi Commission for Women chairperson “forcibly” entered the Delhi Chief Minister’s residence on May 13. In the complaint filed on Friday, Vibhav Kumar alleged that Maliwal “forcibly and unlawfully” entered Kejriwal’s residence without permission and hurled abuse at him. He asked me how dare you stop an MP,” said Vibhab . According to Vibhava, he also said, “I will see you. I will frame you in such a false case that you will be in jail for the rest of your life.” Kumar sent a copy of his complaint to the Deputy Commissioner (North).
