Apart from rain, several districts are also likely to experience shallow to moderate fog during night and early morning hours in the next 48 hours. The minimum or night temperature (night temperature) is very likely to rise by 2-4 degree Celsius during the next three days and no large change thereafter in the subsequent two days over the districts of Odisha, informed India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Wednesday.
As per IMD, several parts of the state are likely to experience light to moderate rainfall in coming days. Several districts of Odisha are likely to witness rainfall from November 29, 2024. Day 1 (Valid upto 0830 hrs IST of 28.11.2024): Shallow to moderate fog is very likely to occur at one or two places in the districts of Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Kandhamal, Kalahandi.
Day 2 (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 28.11.2024 to 0830 hrs IST of 29.11.2024): Light rain is very likely to occur at one or two places in the districts of Kendrapada, Bhadrak, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Ganjam and Gajapati.
Day 3 (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 29.11.2024 to 0830 hrs IST of 30.11.2024): Light to moderate rain is very likely to occur at one or two places in the districts of Coastal Odisha, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhargarh, Rayagada, Koraput, Malkangiri.
Day 4 (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 30.11.2024 to 0830 hrs IST of 01.12.2024): Light to moderate rain is very likely to occur at one or two places in the districts of Coastal Odisha, Rayagada, Koraput, Malkangiri, Mayurbhanj.
