In a ceremony held at East Coast Railway headquarters, General Manager Shri Parmeshwar Funkwal recognized the exceptional performance of three Railway employees for their vigilance and alertness while on duty. Their quick actions played a critical role in preventing major mishaps, safeguarding both human lives and the integrity of train operations.
The felicitation program was attended by Additional General Manager Shri Mohes Kumar Behera, along with senior officials including the Principal Chief Safety Officer, highlighting the collective commitment to safety within ECoR.
Felicitating Shri G, Sridhar, Chief Traffic Inspector at Visakhapatnam; Shri Sushant Kumar Giri, Technician-I at ROH / Sarla near Sambalpur and Shri V. Ramakrishna, Technician-II at Vizianagaram, Shri Funkwal praised the dedicated efforts of Gangmen, Trolleymen, Gatemen, OHE Khalasis, and other maintenance personnel, who work tirelessly in challenging conditions to ensure the safe and efficient running of trains. He emphasized the importance of recognizing their hard work and urged all Railway employees to maintain sincerity and alertness in their duties, reinforcing the goal of smooth and safe operations for passengers.
